SOURCING

 

Following your fashion mood board , inspiration references, we present the fabric collections of Turkish mills and graphic collections of print houses. Our manufacturers also offer existing models from their showrooms.

 

Turkish mills are highly specialized to develop new collections by investing in the newest technology, the experienced R&D department and well-skilled design center. They prepare min. 4 collections according to the trends and needs of each market. For a better future, Turkish mills are dedicated to producing ecological & ethical fabrics. Main sustainable materials, they use in design and production BCI (Better Cotton Initiative), Organic Cotton, Sustainable Lyocell (Tencel™️ Lyocell) and Traceable Viscose (Lenzing™️ Ecovera™️)

PRODUCTION

AVCITEKS offers integrated solutions to meet your specific requirements. We give value to your expectations about the quality, price level, quantity- range, certification to meet you with the appropriate manufacturer. Our manufacturer makes prototypes according to your tech pack to give a decent price. The price is known by taking into consideration the right fabric consumption, production operations, accessories and label costs. At this point, we guide our consumers with effective alternatives to achieve their targets.

After price confirmation, the followings are:

Besides them, we are in cooperation with eco-friendly laundries. From stone wash to eco bleaching, we give the right effect to the product. To obtain an effective range of colors, we use garment-dyeing processes as reactive, antique, pigment garment-dyed.

 

QUALITY CONTROL AND LOGISTIC

We believe in Total Quality so all parties of manufacturers are involved in the production process to reduce or eliminate errors. we are always in contact with all departments of production from pattern making to packing to produce the expected garments
 
As a firm, our employees always check Prototypes, SMS, Preproduction sample to ensure that your comments are well interpreted. We regularly visit the manufacturer to make an inline inspection at the phase of the sewing- and ironing processes.

We select random samples per color and per size from the beginning of production. After checking the measurement, labeling and packing, we send them to your related department to get your shipment approval.

The report including measurements per size, minor/major fabric or sewing defaults, finishing and packing defaults is sent to our customers.

The packing list and invoice and requested documents (ATR, COO..) are mailed to your logistic department. We can organize your consolidated shipments too.
